Therapy
I believe that connection is important, so you feel seen, heard and understood. My approach is authentic, empathetic, respectful and creative. I also believe it is important to respect and work within the framework of your personal value system, culture and spirituality. In our practice, we use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed and integration for Medicine Work .
I have designed a unique program that will help you transform and live your best life based on your goals and vision for your future.
We offer teletherapy for the state of Texas and in-person therapy in Austin, Texas.

Self-Guided Workbooks
Our proprietary workbooks are designed to provide accessible and complete treatment programs based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our child and teen series focuses on mental health challenges such as anxiety and are fun, colorful and based on original characters. Our Cognitive Transformation series workbooks combine both CBT and Existentialism to help you live your best and highest life.
Giving Back
Lightworks is committed to making an impact in our communities. We have partnered with nonprofits and philanthropic organizations across the country and around the world to bring our workbooks to under-served children and adults, refugees, teachers and mental health providers.
