We Live in the Age of Noise

As a licensed psychotherapist, I approach therapy with an empathetic and holistic approach based on evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Restructuring, Exposure Response Therapy (ER) and Somatic Therapies.

As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, I have a unique understanding of challenges facing young professionals building careers and personal relationships, mid-level professionals managing jobs, marriage and families, and senior executives facing burnout and life transitions.

I accept most insurance and see patients virtually throughout Texas and Illinois, as well as n person in Austin, Texas.

Therapy

I believe that connection is important. My approach to working with anxiety, stress, burnout and neurodiversity (ADHD, OCD, PTSD) is authentic, empathetic, respectful and creative. I also believe it is important to respect and work within the framework of your personal value system, culture and spirituality.

My proprietary No Noise Method was designed for the Anxiety Reset Center to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and expand awareness. It is a brain science approach to managing anxiety, stress, overwhelm and overload.

Books

Our proprietary anxiety workbooks are designed to provide accessible and complete treatment programs for anxiety based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
